1. Strengthen the repair business. Continue building the handyman and property repair work that the business does today, with consistent records and job costing.
2. Expand gradually into larger renovation work. Take on larger projects as capacity, experience, records and any required licensing allow.
3. Long-term: residential renovation and resale. The long-term goal is to purchase, renovate and resell houses. This is a future objective. It is not a current operation, and this page does not describe an existing portfolio of properties.
