This notice explains what information BrimBros Enterprises collects through this website, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Work we perform for customers is covered by the written agreement for that work.
Who we are
This website is operated by BrimBros Enterprises, a handyman and property repair business based in Morristown, Tennessee.
Privacy questions and requests: use the form on our Contact page and say your message is a privacy request.
Information you give us
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the information you enter: your name; your email address and/or phone number; your preferred contact method; the city or ZIP code of the property; the service you're asking about; your project description; and, if you choose, your desired timing.
When you submit a business-document request, we collect your name, organization, business email address, and the purpose of your request.
If you call, text or email us directly, we receive the information you send, such as your phone number or email address and the content of your message.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank or card details, identification documents, or other sensitive financial information through this website. Our forms don't ask for them.
Technical information
When you visit this website, technical information is processed automatically by our hosting and security providers. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
Our forms use a spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile). When you load a page with a form, this service processes technical signals from your browser and device, such as IP address and browser characteristics, to tell people apart from automated spam.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking, and it does not set marketing cookies. It does not embed maps, videos or social-media widgets. Our hosting and spam-protection providers may use technical mechanisms that are necessary for security and for the forms to work. If we add optional tools in the future, we'll update this notice first and ask for your consent where required.
How we use information

- To understand and estimate the work you're asking about.
- To schedule and carry out work you agree to, and to provide customer service afterward.

- To protect the website, our business and visitors from spam, fraud and misuse.
Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing messages. We use your contact details to respond to your request, not to send promotions.
Who receives information
We don't share your information except as described here. Service providers process information on our behalf so we can run the website and respond to you:
- Website hosting and security — Cloudflare, which hosts this website, handles form submissions, and provides spam protection.
- Email delivery — Resend, which delivers form submissions to our business inbox.
- Business email and phone — the providers of our business email account and phone service, which store messages we send and receive.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, to professional advisers such as an accountant, attorney or insurer when needed for our business, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Each service provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and, if you become a customer, for as long as needed to perform the work, provide follow-up service, and keep the business, tax and insurance records we're required or reasonably need to keep. Inquiries that don't lead to work are deleted when we no longer need them. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention practices.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you from this website, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us as described in "Who we are." We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we're required to keep by law or need for an active job, a dispute, or our records. We'll explain if we can't fully meet a request.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are checked on our server before they're accepted. Access to the business inbox is limited to the people who handle inquiries. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website, email system or transmission method is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging repair work and isn't directed to children. Please don't submit a child's information.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change — such as adding analytics or advertising tools — we'll describe it here before it takes effect.
